How we look after our properties
As a landlord, we ensure your family members are kept safe and well by carrying out the following:
- Keep homes in good repair.
- Tell the tenant when repairs need to be done. This is so that they will know when we will be coming to the property and why we will be there.
- Ensure the property against any damage caused by fire and flood.
As the property's landlord, we will repair most parts of tenants’ homes. (There may be exceptions if the property is leased from another landlord). The tenant does not have to pay any more money for this since the costs are covered in the rent.
