RWP Housing & Contracts team
Our housing officers are the first contact for our tenants and support providers.
They can help with many things, including:
- Applying for Housing Benefit
- Dealing with any anti-social behaviour
- Ensuring gardens are looked after
- Adaptations to property to help tenants live independently

The RWP contracts team help to keep our tenant’s homes safe. They also ensure that communal areas are clean, that tenants have the household items and furniture they need, and they oversee repairs and replacements.
The contracts team deal with a huge variety of household queries and requests for our supported living schemes from tenants and their support staff, such as:
- Repairs (household item repairs only)
- Household items (such as fridges and washing machines)
- Flooring
- Furniture
- Communal cleaning
- Window cleaning
- Payment of utility bills and queries for gas, electricity, and water
- Service charges

The contracts team help to deliver our services to the whole of the UK, from Scotland to Devon and across to the Isle of Wight.
Jo, Whitegoods & Furnishing Officer
Jo supports with household items, flooring, and furniture orders. Jo helps tenants and support providers make an informed choice on the most suitable products available.
Laura, Housing Assistant
Laura has worked for Progress Housing Group, which RWP is a part of, for eight years. Laura supports with utility bills at our supported living schemes, ensuring that our tenants have uninterrupted utility services.
Sylvestre, Housing Assistant
Sylvestre supports with the processing of household items, flooring, and furniture orders.
