  • We will contact you by letter or email within 5 working days to let you know we have received your complaint. You will receive a written response within 20 working days.

  • If you are still not happy, you can ask someone else to speak with us about
    your complaint such as your MP, Councillor or Ombudsman services.

  • If you have problems because of our service, and it is not your fault, we may offer you compensation or a goodwill payment.
