What will happen if you make a complaint?

We will contact you by letter or email within 5 working days to let you know we have received your complaint. You will receive a written response within 10 working days.

What happens if you are not happy with what we say about the complaint?

We will contact you by letter or email within 5 working days to let you know we have received your complaint. 

You will receive a full written response within 20 working days.

If you are still not happy, you can ask someone else to speak with us about
your complaint such as your MP,  Councillor or Ombudsman services.

If you have problems because of our service, and it is not your fault, we may offer you compensation or a goodwill payment.
