  • The amount of rent depends on the type of home you live in and where you live.

  • Once a year, your rent is reviewed. If the rent changes, we will always let you know.

  • Rent also pays for things like heating, lighting and cleaning in the rooms that you share with others.


  • The rent doesn’t pay for your support worker, your household bills or your insurance for your belongings.

  • What is housing benefit?

    The local authority may pay us money to pay for your rent.

  • When to pay to your rent

    If you pay your own rent, your rent should be paid every Monday, or monthly, in advance.

    We will send you a rent statement by post at least once a year.
