- Making changes about energy use in our homes.
- The Decent Homes Standards changes to makes sure that homes are in good working order.
- Social rent changes to help put rules in place for rent with social housing providers.

Social rent changes
Social rent changes includes looking at elements such as making rents fairer, for example, maintaining consistency with similar rents for similar properties.

Decent Home Standards changes
The government is consulting on proposed changes in:
• homes meeting a reasonable state of repair
• homes having reasonably modern facilities and services
• homes providing a reasonable degree of thermal comfort
• homes being free of damp and mould (new criterion)

Energy changes
