Notice to RWP tenants: Property inspections taking place from 24 March 2025 to 25 April 2025

We are working with a company called Jones Lang LaSalle, chartered surveyors, who need to inspect inside a selection of properties, which may include yours.

Jones Lang LaSalle will be making visits from 24 March 2025 to 25 April 2024 and may visit your property. They will not leave a card or return if you are not home when they visit.

Here are some questions you may have about this visit, and our answers:

• Why is a company called Jones Lang LaSalle coming to look at my property?

So that RWP can get an up-to-date valuation for our bank.

• When is a surveyor from Jones Lang LaSalle coming round?

It could be any day or time from 24 March 2025 to 25 April 2025.

• Will my tenancy or rent change after the visit?

No, we have no intention to sell your property or change your tenancy or rent.

• Should I talk to the Jones Lang LaSalle surveyor about repairs to my home?

No, this is not an inspection to look at repair issues.

• How will I know that it is a Jones Lang LaSalle surveyor at my door, and shall I let them in?

You have been sent a letter about these visits earlier in March. RWP has authorised the people listed in that letter to carry out this work.

If a chartered surveyor calls with a copy of that letter and their ID, please give them access to your home.
