Progress Housing Group, which RWP is part of, is starting a search to find permanent repairs contractors to join us from July 2025. We are inviting tenants and support providers to get involved in the search for new contractors.
Change of contractors for national repairs
After listening to feedback from tenants and colleagues about our repairs contractor, we decided to start the process of finding new permanent repairs contractors from July 2025. We currently have temporary arrangements in place. We are pleased to report that performance of repairs and maintenance service has improved after changing contractors.

New contractors must be able to deliver excellent service that’s suited to the needs of our tenants. That is why we are inviting tenants and support providers to get involved in the process.
We will be starting our search very soon to find permanent contractors to join us from July 2025. We are very keen to involve tenants and support providers in this important project.
