Background and experience
Maggie set up her own business, Skyline Management Consulting, to deliver leadership development and coaching for individuals and organisations, including hospices, housing organisations and charities.
An experienced senior leader, facilitator and coach, she has expertise in supporting organisations through change and growth, developing positive cultures, high performance and innovation.
Maggie is Vice Chair of TLC: Talk, Listen, Change, a charity which delivers a range of integrated support, therapies and programmes of work which help improve emotional wellbeing and ensure health and happy relationships.
Maggie is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing and is a regional board member.
Maggie’s previous roles include Director of Performance and Innovation with Great Places Housing Group, faculty member at Lancaster University Management School, Board member and Chair of Finance and Audit with Bolton at Home, Director of Customer Services with Space Housing Association in Salford and Assistant Director of Housing at Salford City Council.
Skills
Maggie’s skills include coaching, facilitation, and she is a trained mediator.
Personal interests
Maggie enjoys running, walking on the moors, art, music and cinema.
