Meet Brian & Neil
We like to support tenant garden projects and community group work, and we welcome applications for our Community Support Grant for up to £500.
Our tenants Brian and Neil in Cleveleys, Lancashire are doing a great job planting and growing their own vegetables. Support worker Carole applied for a Community Support Grant so that there was funding to help them get more involved in growing produce in their garden.
Carole said: “Brian and Neil are so proud of their first crop of potatoes! They gave some to family members as a gift which was well received. They also cooked potatoes and ate them themselves. This whole experience has been rewarding and we’re looking forward to doing it again next year. The raised planters have been a great buy for all involved in our gardening projects.”
